Easton Area Industrial Land Development Company (EAILD) was created in 1961 (it was known as the Easton Area Promotion Corporation). This Non-Profit organization was established for the sole purpose of "Improving the employment situation in the Easton Area (Make Jobs)" by attracting industry to our community. This was accomplished by developing two industrial parks located in Forks Township and Palmer Township. Today there are over 6,000 people employed in the Forks and Palmer Industrial Parks.
The Palmer Industrial Park is totally occupied, however fully and partially developed property is available in the Forks Industrial Park. In addition EAILD will help you in obtaining information including: municipal applications, permits, fees, contractors, financial institutions, job training programs, as well as, available State Funding Programs.
